1. Shipping fees and delivery areas

Free Shipping: All products on this site are delivered free of charge throughout Japan . Please rest assured that there will be no additional shipping charges.

Delivery area: We only ship within Japan . We are sorry, but we do not ship overseas.
2. Shipping Method and Carrier

Delivery Method: Products are mainly delivered via courier service to your doorstep.

Delivery company: We mainly use Yamato Transport for delivery. (We may use other delivery companies depending on the situation.)
3. Delivery Date and Time

Estimated delivery time: Ordered items can be delivered the next day at the earliest . However, the delivery time may vary depending on the order contents, timing of payment confirmation, delivery area, inventory status, traffic conditions, etc.

The expected delivery date and estimated delivery time are based on the assumption that one package and one item are shipped per order. Depending on the size of the product, the number of items ordered, the delivery distance, etc., it may take longer than usual.

The exact delivery date will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Estimated shipping time: After confirming your payment, we will send you an email regarding the shipment within 24 hours . (Excluding weekends, holidays, and long holidays)

Delivery time zone specification: If you have a preferred delivery time zone, you can specify it when placing your order. Please check the available time zones on the order process screen.

If the delivery address is a company or office, etc., rather than a private residence, we may not be able to accommodate your requested delivery time.

4. Check the delivery status
You can check the delivery status of your ordered items from the "Order History" section of the member page on this website. The main delivery statuses are as follows.
- Waiting for payment: Your payment is pending.
- Preparing to ship: Your payment has been confirmed and the item is being prepared for shipping.
- Shipped/In Delivery: Your item has been shipped and is on its way to your destination.
- Delivered: The product has been delivered.
- Returned: The return process has been completed.
5. Important information regarding receipt of your product
- If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice." We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the contact information on the delivery notice to request redelivery.
- In the case of long-term absence, incomplete address, or refusal to receive: If the product is not delivered and is returned to us due to a long-term absence, an incomplete delivery address (missing street address, missing room number, etc.), or refusal to receive the product due to customer's convenience, the order may be automatically canceled. Please note that in such cases, we may charge you for round-trip shipping fees and handling fees.
- Regarding the use of delivery boxes: If there is a delivery box at the delivery address, the delivery company may decide to deliver the product to the delivery box. Please note.

About your registration information:
- Recipient's name: Please enter 6 characters for the last name and 6 characters for the first name in order to print correctly on the shipping label. Anything over 12 characters may not be printed.
- Address: Please make sure to enter the building name (condominium/apartment name), room number, company name, department name, etc. in the appropriate fields in the address field. If the information is insufficient, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible.

Delivery Restrictions:
- We cannot ship overseas.
- We do not accept deliveries to delivery company offices.
6. Product reservations and payments (bank transfer)
When you select a payment method during the ordering process, the product inventory is reserved. If you select bank transfer, please note the following points.
- Payment request: After placing your order, please transfer the product price by the specified date that we will inform you by email.
- Late payment: If you are going to make a payment later than the specified date, please be sure to contact us in advance. If we are unable to confirm your payment within one week of the order date without your contacting us, we may have to cancel your order.
- Remittance name: When transferring money, please use the same name as the person who registered the order. If the name is different, it may take some time to confirm the payment, or it may not be possible to confirm it.
- Bank transfer fees: Any bank transfer fees incurred when making a bank transfer will be borne by the customer.
- Regarding overpayment: In the unlikely event that you transfer more than the amount of your order, we will refund the difference after deducting the transfer fee. However, please note that we cannot refund if the amount does not remain after deducting the transfer fee.
7. Other

Cancellation due to out of stock, etc.: If the product you ordered is out of stock, or if we are unable to procure the product for an extended period of time, or for other reasons beyond our control, we regret to inform you that we may have to cancel your order. In such cases, we will promptly contact you and take steps to refund your money.
