Payment Methods

At Golestan you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or instalments via Paidy. This page also covers how we handle payment information.

1. Paying by credit card

We use Shop Pay for card payments. Accepted cards: VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX / Diners.

How card information is handled

Card numbers you enter are encrypted and sent directly to the payment server. They are never stored on our systems, and our staff never see the card number itself. The Shop Pay payment infrastructure is operated in line with the credit card industry's international security standard (PCI DSS Level 1).

About charges

Credit card payments are debited automatically from the account set up with your card issuer, in line with the issuer's terms. If your card supports instalments, you may use them — the number of instalments and the conditions depend on your contract with the card issuer, so please check with them directly.

Please note

  • Depending on your card's usage history or the contents of your order, we may ask you to switch to another payment method. In that case we will contact you individually.

2. Instalments (Paidy)

You can use the deferred-payment service from Paidy Inc. Three, six, and twelve instalments are available, and each instalment can be settled by bank transfer, convenience-store payment, or direct debit. Because Paidy is neither a credit card nor a loan, it is also available to customers who do not hold a credit card.

3. Paying by bank transfer

  • Transfer deadline: Please transfer the full order amount within 5 banking days of placing the order.
  • Account details: Listed in the order confirmation email.
  • Dispatch after payment: Once we have confirmed your payment, the order usually ships within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and our scheduled closures).
  • Transfer fees: Borne by the customer.
  • If the deadline passes: We will send a follow-up email if we cannot confirm payment. If payment is still not received, we may need to cancel the order. Please let us know in advance if your transfer will be delayed.

4. Receipts

A receipt can be issued for every order.

  • Format: Electronic (PDF), or a paper receipt enclosed with the item. Please let us know your preference at checkout.
  • Description line: If not specified, receipts are issued as "for merchandise".
  • Issued to: We issue receipts in the orderer's name by default. Please let us know at checkout if you would like a different name.
