At Golestan, we offer multiple safe and convenient payment methods to ensure you can enjoy shopping with complete peace of mind. Please read on to learn more about our efforts to protect your important information.
1. Payment by credit card
Our store prioritizes safety and uses Shopify's globally trusted payment system, "Shop Pay." We accept the following credit cards and payment methods.
- Accepted credit cards: VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX / Diners
Regarding the security of our credit card payments
We will explain our security measures so that customers who are not familiar with using credit cards can feel at ease.
- "Shop Pay" - a globally standard security system: Our store uses "Shop Pay," which is part of Shopify, an online store system used worldwide. Shopify's system meets the highest level of PCI DSS Level 1, an international security standard established for the safe handling of credit card information. This is proof that the system is operated in accordance with strict rules to protect customer card information.
- Your card information is never stored in our store (tokenization): The credit card number you enter when making a payment is not sent directly to our store (Golestan), but is highly encrypted and sent directly to Shopify's secure payment server. This system is called "tokenization." This means that your card number is never stored in our system, and our staff never sees it. Please rest assured that you can proceed with peace of mind.
- Minimizing the risk of information leakage: The above-mentioned mechanism minimizes the risk of card information leakage due to unauthorized access, etc.
Depending on your credit card, you may be able to pay in installments. However, whether you can pay in installments and the number of installments will depend on the terms of your contract with your credit card company. For more information, please contact your credit card company directly.
Regarding payment (withdrawal)
When paying by credit card, the amount will be automatically debited from your designated deposit account in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

- Depending on the status of your credit card usage and the contents of your order, we may ask you to change to another payment method. In such cases, we will contact you individually, so please understand.
2. Installment payments
Paidy Inc.'s deferred payment service is available.
You can pay later in 3, 6, or 12 installments, and since it is not a credit card payment or loan, you can choose to pay by bank transfer, convenience store payment, or direct debit.
3. Payment by bank transfer
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please check the following:
- Payment deadline: After completing your order, please transfer the total amount of your order within 5 business days of our banking day.
- If your payment cannot be confirmed: If we are unable to confirm your payment by the payment deadline, we will first send you an email for confirmation. If payment is still not received within a certain period of time, we regret to inform you that we may have to cancel your order. If you are unable to make your payment due to circumstances, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping after payment confirmation: Once we confirm your payment, we will usually ship your item within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and company holidays).
- Regarding bank transfer fees: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you bear the bank transfer fees incurred when making a bank transfer.
4. Issuance of receipts
Golestan will provide you with a receipt for every purchase order.
- Receipt format: Receipts will be sent in electronic file (e.g. PDF) or paper format. Electronic files will be sent by email, and paper receipts will be enclosed with the product. If you have a preferred format, please let us know when placing your order.
- Receipt disclaimer: Unless otherwise specified, the receipt disclaimer will read "As the price of the product." If you would like a specific disclaimer, please let us know when placing your order.
- Regarding the recipient's name: In principle, receipts will be issued in the name of the person who placed the order. If you would like the receipt to be addressed to a different person, please indicate this when placing your order.
