Golestan offers multiple safe and convenient payment methods to ensure you have a safe and secure shopping experience. Please read on to learn more about how we protect your sensitive information.
1. Payment by credit card
Our store prioritizes safety and uses Shopify's globally trusted payment system, "Shop Pay." We accept the following credit cards and payment methods.
- Accepted credit cards: VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX / Diners
About the security of our credit card payments
We will explain our security measures to reassure customers who are not familiar with using credit cards.
- Global standard security system "Shop Pay": Our store uses "Shop Pay", which is part of Shopify, an online store system used worldwide. This Shopify system meets the highest level of PCI DSS Level 1, an international security standard established for the safe handling of credit card information. This is proof that it is operated in accordance with strict rules to protect customer card information.
- Your card information is not stored in our store (tokenization): The credit card number you enter when making a payment is not sent directly to our store (Golestan), but is highly encrypted and sent directly to Shopify's secure payment server. This mechanism is called "tokenization". This means that your card number itself is never stored in our system, and our staff never sees your card number. Please feel safe when making your payment.
- Minimizing the risk of information leakage: The above-mentioned mechanisms minimize the risk of card information leakage in the unlikely event of unauthorized access.
About installment payments
Depending on your credit card, you may be able to pay in installments. However, whether you can pay in installments and the number of installments will depend on the terms of your contract with your credit card company. For more information, please contact your credit card company directly.
Regarding payment (withdrawal)
When paying by credit card, the amount will be automatically debited from your designated deposit account in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

- Depending on your credit card usage status and the contents of your order, we may ask you to change to a different payment method. In that case, we will contact you individually, so please understand.
2. Payment by bank transfer
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please check the following:
- Payment deadline: After completing your order, please transfer the total amount of your order within 5 banking days of our banking day.
- If your transfer is not confirmed: If we are unable to confirm your payment even after the payment deadline has passed, we will first send you an email to confirm your payment. If we still do not receive your payment for a certain period of time, we regret to inform you that we may have to cancel your order. If you are unable to make a payment due to circumstances, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping after confirming payment: Once we have confirmed your payment, we will usually ship your item within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and company designated holidays).
- Regarding bank transfer fees: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cover any bank transfer fees incurred when making a bank transfer.
3. Issuance of receipts
Golestan will provide you with a receipt for every purchase order.
- Receipt format: The receipt will be delivered in electronic file (e.g. PDF format) or paper format. If it is an electronic file, it will be sent by email, and if it is a paper format, it will be enclosed with the product. If you have a preferred format, please let us know when you place your order.
- Receipt disclaimer: Unless otherwise specified, the receipt disclaimer will be written as "As the price of the product." If you would like a specific disclaimer, please let us know when placing your order.
- Regarding the name on the receipt: In principle, the name on the receipt will be that of the person who placed the order. If you would like the receipt to be addressed to a different person than the person who placed the order, please indicate this when placing your order.
