Ordering Information

This page covers what you need to know about shopping at Golestan: pricing guidelines, ordering without an account, and a few notes about how product information is shown.

1. About pricing

• Tax-inclusive prices: All prices shown include consumption tax. There are no additional taxes beyond the displayed price.
• Listings on marketplace sites and pricing there: Some of our items are also listed on marketplace sites such as Yahoo Auctions and Mercari.
  • Price differences vs. our official site: We set marketplace prices taking the platform's fees, listing duration, and any current campaigns into account, so prices on the official site and a marketplace may differ.
  • If you would like to buy a marketplace-listed item via our official site: please contact us through the inquiry form, mentioning where you saw it (for example, "I saw it on Yahoo Auctions: [product name or feature]"). We will do our best to match the marketplace listing price where possible.
• When the price is locked in: The price is finalised when you proceed to checkout. If the cart price differs from the checkout screen, the checkout screen is the final price — please review it before completing your order.
• Price changes: Prices fluctuate with sourcing conditions and the market. If the price changes after your order is placed, the price at the time of your order applies. We cannot bill or refund the difference simply because the price later changed.
• Display or listing errors: If there is an error in price or product details, we may need to cancel the order. We will contact you promptly and arrange an appropriate response.

2. Notes on ordering without an account

You can order without creating an account, but please note the following.

• Unavailable features: My Page (order history, delivery tracking, etc.) is not available without an account.
• Available payment methods: Without an account, the only available payment method is bank transfer. Credit card payment is not available.

3. How to order without an account

1. Use the inquiry form: Open the form from the "Inquiry" button at the top right of the page.
2. Fill in and send: Enter the product name you would like, your name, address, phone number, and email address, then send. If you would like a marketplace-listed item, please note that as well.
3. Order confirmation from us: After we review the details, we will email you the order summary, total amount, and bank-transfer details — within 24 hours (or the next business day for weekends, public holidays, and our scheduled closures).

4. Notes on product information

We make every effort to provide accurate information on size, colour, and certificates, but please be aware of the following.

• Differences in details: Information on our site (product descriptions, specifications, etc.) may differ in fine detail from the certificate or the physical item. Manual measurement and the characteristics of natural materials can lead to small differences.
• About size: Specialist staff measure to a consistent method, but slight differences in measurement technique and the nature of the material can produce small variations (roughly 2–5 cm) between the listed and actual size. The actual measurement (taken flat with a tape measure) may not match the certificate exactly.
• About colour: We try to photograph items so that the colours are close to the real thing, but your device's display settings, the lighting in your room, and the lighting during photography can all make the perceived colour differ from the photo.
