1. Price

    • Price difference from the official website: We set prices taking into consideration the sales commission, posting period, sales situation, campaigns, etc. of each flea market site. Therefore, the displayed price on our official website may differ from the listed price on the flea market site.
    • If you wish to purchase an item listed on a flea market site: If you have seen a specific item on a flea market site and would like to purchase it through our official website, please contact us using the inquiry form and clearly state that you saw the item on a flea market site (e.g. Yahoo! Auctions) (specific product name, features, etc.). In that case, we will try to offer the item at the same price as the price listed on the flea market site as much as possible.

  • The price of the product is confirmed when you proceed to the purchase procedure. The price displayed at the time of adding the product to your cart may differ from the final price on the purchase procedure screen, so please be sure to check the final price on the purchase procedure screen.

  • Regarding price fluctuations: The selling price of a product may change at any time depending on the purchasing situation and market trends. 2. Notes for ordering without membership registration

You can order products from Golestan without registering as a member. However, please note the following points when doing so.

  • Services that cannot be used If you place an order without registering as a member, you will not be able to use the following services.

    • Use of your personal page (My Page) (checking your order history, tracking delivery status, etc.)

  • Regarding payment methods, if you place an order without registering as a member, the only payment method available is bank transfer . Credit card payments are not available.

3. How to order without registering as a member

If you wish to order without registering as a member, please follow the steps below.

  1. Using the inquiry form: Click on the "Contact Us" button at the top right of our website to open the inquiry form.
  2. Enter the required information and submit: Enter the information required for your order (product name, name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) into the form and click the "Submit" button. If you would like to purchase an item from a flea market site, please indicate this as well.
  3. Notification of order confirmation: After confirming the contents, a Golestan representative will contact you within 24 hours to the email address you entered to confirm the order details, the total amount to be paid, and the details of the transfer account. (If the order falls on a weekend, public holiday, or long holiday, we may contact you on the next business day.)

4. Notes on product information

Golestan strives to provide the most accurate information possible about product size, color, certificate information, etc. However, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following points:

  • Regarding discrepancies in information The information posted on this website (product description, specifications, etc.) may differ in detail from the contents of the certificate and the actual product. We make every effort to provide accurate product details, but please note that there may be slight differences between the listed information and the actual product due to manual measurements, the characteristics of natural materials, etc.

  • Size information: Product sizes are carefully measured by specialized staff using a standardized method, but due to slight differences in measurement methods and the characteristics of materials, there may be slight differences (approximately 2-5 cm) between the indicated size and the actual product. Please note that the actual size (measured flat with a tape measure) may not exactly match the size listed on the certificate.

  • Regarding product color , we strive to make the product photos as close to the actual color as possible. However, the color of the actual product may look different from the photos depending on the monitor settings of the device you are using, the lighting environment in your room, or the amount of light at the time of shooting.
