Hello. It's been a while. As part of my spring cleaning, I repasted the torn shoji screens, so I'm sending you a photo of the small version of the "Tree of Life" design.

It was originally a 6-tatami multipurpose Japanese-style room, but has now been renovated and is being used as a room for my niece, who is in the first year of junior high school. With the tokonoma alcove, sunken ceiling, nageshi (railed beams), and yukimi shoji (snow-viewing paper screens) still intact, from some angles it looks like a fairly traditional Japanese-style room.

But as she is a preteen girl, her belongings are filled with TWICE, SUPREME, MILKFED, DISNEY, Ojamajo Doremi, cosmetics, etc.

The carpet that was given to me naturally harmonizes with the ``Japanese modern?'' style, the silk feels great underfoot, and it is a big hit with my niece.

When I told my niece that in Persia, girls of her age would weave art and crafts like this to raise money for their dowry, it seemed to resonate with her.

We will continue with the end-of-year cleaning and plan to take photos of another "Tree of Life" pattern. We hope that everyone at GOLESTAN has a wonderful end of the year and a happy new year.

It looks even more beautiful when viewed through the light through the glass.

The back of the carpet is also clean.

When I unfolded it, I noticed that it had signatures on both sides.

The Albar Kobo one has only one signature.

This is probably one of the reasons why Melmihidi is so great.

I couldn't spread it out in the middle of the room because I hadn't cleared out all the junk yet.

It would look better if it was placed in the center.

The book in the background is by Natsume Soseki.

It felt as if Soseki-sensei was smiling and saying, "You've got a great thing."

When the carpet that took the two of them 18 months to make is finally complete, will they cheer with joy and say "Yes!"... Or will they feel a pang of sadness as they realize that it is time to let go of their child who is only 18 months old?

Anyway, after replying to the email, I spread out the carpet and looked at it, and almost screamed.

It's a carpet that's too good for me.

I'm really glad that I didn't get lost and give up and go home that day.

Japanese people do not think of things in terms of cause and effect, but rather think of things as ``fate.''

I believe that it was fate that led from situation A to situation B, and from there to situation C.

I think that the art form of picture scrolls is also based on this idea.

So, when I looked at the carpet I had spread out, I had a strong desire to have the smaller one too, which was a problem... Thank you very much.
