A small crimson diamond medallion is set in the center of a cream field. Small livestock and flowers are scattered across the field, and the perimeter is accented with a crimson border. Despite its multi-color palette, the rug is cohesive and not disjointed.

The southern Abadeh region is a traditional production area located between Shiraz and Isfahan. The classic style of this region features a small medallion on a cream field, surrounded by a crimson border.

100% Wool, from their own sheep

The pile is wool. With approximately 180,000 knots per square meter, even the outlines of small motifs are clearly defined. The variations in knots, unique to hand-weaving, create a depth not found in machine-woven rugs.
