The Rose Paradise of Rajabian Workshop

This is a creation from the Rajabian Workshop, a world-renowned master of Qum silk. It combines the classical Lachak o Toranj composition with "Rose Paradise," featuring realistic roses. A gold and cream lobed medallion is at the center, surrounded by red, pink, and yellow roses radiating outwards, with corner decorations at the four corners. The border features a continuous rose pattern on a cream ground, and the weaver's signature is at the bottom center of the border. This piece harmonizes classical composition with Western-style roses.

The Intricacy and Luster Unique to Silk

Because it is woven densely with fine 100% silk threads, one can discern the subtle shading of each rose petal, the freshness of the leaves, the intricate details of the border roses, and even the outlines of the gold and cream medallion. The deep blue deepens with the angle of the light, and the pink and red of the roses emerge, a characteristic expression of silk.
