Bagerzade Workshop's Black Ground Heshti Pattern

This piece is from the Bagerzade Workshop, known for its delicate color schemes even within Qom. Seven panels are arranged on a black ground, with floral patterns and medallions in the two large upper panels, trees of life in the three central panels, and a mihrab-shaped vase composition in the lower panels. Furthermore, "animal procession borders" featuring rows of deer, horses, sheep, and human figures are woven into the top and bottom borders, revealing more details the longer you gaze at it. This piece adds unique accents to the classical "Heshti (panel pattern)" composition.
