When unrolled in the reception room, the Tree of Life rising from the black background and the abundant flowers blooming on its branches immediately catch the eye. The composition, framed by an arched design, creates a sense of serenity, as if one is gazing upon a sacred painting.

Tree of Life of Prosperity by Eshaghi Workshop

This piece is from the Eshaghi workshop, known for the delicate designs of its Qum carpets. A "Mehrab" (prayer niche) shaped arch is placed on a black field, within which a large Tree of Life (Derafti) rises. The branches of the tree are densely covered with colorful flowers, forming a meticulously arranged classical composition that symbolizes "prosperity." The border features colorful circular medallions on a dark green background, creating a strong contrast with the black field.

Silk's Intricacy and Sheen

Because it is made of fine 100% silk threads, one can discern the trunk and branches of the Tree of Life, and even the outlines of each individual flower. The way the colors of the flowers blooming on the black background subtly change with the angle of the light is also unique to silk.
