In the center of an emerald green field, a golden vase shaped like a holy grail stands, from which pink, red, and purple flowers richly rise. On either side are golden pillars, with small, angelic figures at their base. The border is edged in turquoise, creating a scene reminiscent of French palace decor.

Luxurious Vase Pattern by Mirmehdi Workshop (French Design)

This is a work from the Mirmehdi Workshop, known for its eclectic designs that boldly combine emerald green and turquoise, even among Qom silk carpets. The golden vase in the center has dragon-shaped handles on both sides, with small, angelic figures at its base, and a large bouquet filled with roses, chrysanthemums, dahlias, and small flowers above. The pillars, decorations, and border feature intricate arabesque designs in gold and turquoise. This piece reinterprets the classical Persian vase pattern (Goldani) in a French palace style.

Intricate Detail and Luster Unique to Silk

Because it is made of 100% fine silk threads, you can discern the intricate details of the golden vase, the small angels on the pedestal, the overlapping petals, and even the fine decorative lines of the turquoise border. Depending on the angle of light, the emerald green deepens, and the gold and turquoise emerge, creating an expression unique to silk. Look closely and you might spot a small figure hidden beside the vase.
