Defective returns <br/>We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, but we will accept returns if the product is found to be dirty or damaged after opening and before use. Please contact Golestan immediately after opening the product.

Cases in which returns cannot be accepted <br/>Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
- Used carpets (if they have been stepped on or laid down)
- Items that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
- Products that have been damaged or stained due to handling by the customer
-Items marked as "non-returnable"
- Requests and special orders

Exchanges <br/>We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased. If you would like to exchange the product, please contact Golestan in advance.

- Products may only be exchanged for products of equal or greater value, and any price difference must be paid.

- Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Regarding initial defects
If the item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. If we are able to confirm the damage, we will replace the item (or repair or refund the item if it is out of stock).

Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
Goletan will do its best to accommodate returns and exchanges due to customer convenience. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product as we will handle the matter on an individual basis.

Regarding refunds :<br/>For credit cards: The date of return processing will be the date of charge cancellation to the credit card company. If the date of return crosses the closing date, it will be reflected on the next withdrawal date.

In the case of bank transfer, the refund will be made after the return product has been received.

Points to note when returning items : We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. Please make sure to return the item in adequate packaging.
