Hello, it's been a while. As part of my big end-of-year cleaning, I re-papered a torn shoji screen, so I'm sending you a photo of the small "Tree of Life" design.

Originally, it was a 6-tatami mat multi-purpose Japanese-style room, but it has now been renovated and become my junior high school niece's room. Since the tokonoma (alcove), recessed ceiling, nagashi (decorative rail), and yukimi shoji (shoji screens that can be partially opened to reveal the outside) remain, it looks quite like a traditional Japanese room from certain angles.

However, as expected of a low-teen girl, it is overflowing with TWICE, SUPREME, MILKFED, DISNEY, Ojamajo Doremi, cosmetics, and more.

The rug you provided, as expected, harmonizes with the "Japanese modern?" style, feels good underfoot due to the silk, and is popular with my niece too.

When I told my niece that girls her age in Persia weave such artistic crafts to pay for their dowries, she seemed to have some thoughts about it.

I will continue with my end-of-year cleaning and plan to send a photo of the other "Tree of Life" pattern. I hope everyone at GOLESTAN has a good end to the year and a happy new year.

The wonderful design and hand-weaving technique make it something I could gaze at forever.

It's rare to come across carpets that have been specially ordered.

I've never seen a place selling them new, either.

Thank you for searching for me. The apple tree motif, with its diagonal lines and white accents, is elegant and stylish, and I really like it from a male perspective.

"Overwhelming" is the perfect word to describe it.

I was looking for a large, modern, brown Qum silk wall hanging with a high knot count. The moment I hung the large carpet on the wall, the atmosphere completely changed, transforming the room into a unique world.

I love music with dark tones, such as Cassandra Wilson and Joe Henry, so the pattern I chose this time was spot on and exactly to my taste.

It feels masculine, yet the flowers and curves are beautiful, and I perceive it as a cutting-edge design unique to Qum.

Music is something we feel with our ears, but having a rug makes us think more deeply about music visually as well.

Currently, I'm listening to "Stoneskipper" by the Shai Maestro Trio. It's delicate and bold, with beautiful piano sounds and a lovely melody.

It goes well with the rug! Since this is also a recording room, it's likely to become a dead room full of rugs. I look forward to our long relationship.

And I believe I will have a long relationship with this rug as well.
