When laid at the entrance, a mandala-like concentric medallion appears in the center of the crimson ground, with large paisleys (boteh) quietly facing each other on either side. A vibrant yellow border tightens the piece like a frame, and each time you look closely, you discover new small patterns within the paisley.

Albar Workshop's Colorful Medallion x Paisley

This is a work from the Albar workshop, which has a strong following due to its rare color scheme and unique composition among Qum silk products. A mandala-like concentric medallion is placed in the crimson field, with lamp-shaped pendants hanging above and below. Large turquoise-ground paisleys (boteh) face each other on either side, with small patterns like flowers and birds intricately woven into them. A vibrant yellow border frames the entire rug.
