Above and below the medallion are vases (gholdani) and bouquets of roses, with golden spandrels spreading out in the four corners, all framed by a blue-green border that tightens the overall picture.

This piece is a silk carpet from Qom, crafted by the Masoud Jamshidi Workshop. This work features the deep emerald green that symbolizes the Jamshidi Workshop in the central medallion field, surrounded by golden spandrels and a blue-green border, forming a three-color composition. Fine details radiate from the central sun medallion, with vases and roses rising from the sar-lachak above and below, and delicate vines and countless small flowers in the spandrels of the four corners. A narrow band at the bottom depicts camels and a small landscape, condensing the story of a paradise garden and a caravan into a single piece.

Because it is 100% silk, the closer you get, the more details you can see, from the sun medallion in the center, to the vases and roses of the sar-lachak, the vines of the golden spandrels, the continuous delicate flowers of the border, and even the details of the caravan at the bottom.
