Description
Unfolding it in the reception room, you'll be greeted by a golden vase floating on a navy background, with a field of roses blooming from it. A French Rococo-style arabesque frame creates a unique atmosphere, blending Eastern and European styles.
French-style vase by Milmehdi Workshop
This piece is from the Milmehdi Workshop, known for its delicate weaving among Qum carpets. A mihrab (prayer niche)-shaped arch is placed on a navy field, with a vase (goldan) in the center below it, and a field of roses spread out above in a golden tone. European Rococo-style arabesque frames are arranged throughout the field, with a contrast of three colors: navy, gold, and rose red. This unique composition overlays French decorative sensibilities onto the classical vase motif.
The detail and luster unique to silk
Thanks to the fine 100% silk threads, you can discern the curves of the arabesque, the petals of the roses, and even the decorations on the vase. The way the navy subtly changes its expression with the angle of light is also unique to silk.
How to incorporate it into your home
Measuring 107x164cm, this is the perfect size for an accent rug in the living room, a reception area, at the foot of a bed in a bedroom, or as a wall hanging. The golden frame on a calm navy background makes it easy to match with both Japanese and Western-style rooms.
A one-of-a-kind piece selected from Qum. You can see the actual luster and intricate details in the video. Golestan Persian Carpet Specialty Store.

Colours That Shift With the Angle
Thanks to the silk's sheen, the rug's character shifts with the viewing angle and the light.
