This piece is from the Shobeiri Imani workshop, known for its unique aesthetic among Qom silk products. A deep navy circular medallion is placed on a clear blue field, with small pendants above and below, and navy 'rachak' (corner designs) at the four corners. This rug uses a classical 'rachak-tranj' composition with a restrained color palette, overlaid with the thin, vertically flowing patterns characteristic of the Shobeiri Imani workshop, creating a water-like ripple effect within the blue.

Because it is woven with fine 100% silk threads in a dense weave, every detail is discernible: the extremely fine floral patterns within the medallion, the outlines of the pendants, the continuous floral patterns on the borders, and even the thin vertical ripples running through the field.
