Description
Displayed in your entryway, a gold Rococo arabesque frame emerges from a blue-green background, with a vase and blooming flowers at its center. The top and bottom feature a unique blend of European and Eastern aesthetics, with the artisan's name woven in Persian script.
French-Style Vase by Mirmehdi Workshop
This piece is a creation of the Mirmehdi workshop, known for its delicate weaving even among Qom rugs. A European Rococo-style gold arabesque frame is woven onto a blue-green field, with a vase (Gordan) and blooming flowers placed at its center. Persian inscriptions are also woven into the top and bottom borders. It is a unique composition, superimposing the sensibility of French decoration onto a classical vase motif.
The Precision and Luster Unique to Silk
Because it is made of 100% silk with fine threads, the curves of the arabesques, the decorations on the vase, and even the characters of the inscription are discernible. The blue-green quietly changes its expression with the angle of the light, a characteristic unique to silk.
For Doormats or Wall Hangings
62 x 91 cm is a standard size for doormats. Many people also frame them as wall hangings. Since silk is tightly woven, it repels fine dust, is less prone to static electricity, and daily maintenance only requires vacuuming.

Colours That Shift With the Angle
Thanks to the silk's sheen, the rug's character shifts with the viewing angle and the light.
