Hello 😃
It's been a while. It's been so hot every day, it's been tough, but would you like another serving?
I recently bought a new sofa.
After all, it's my favorite carpet, and I want to touch it all the time.
I use it on the sofa rather than on the floor (heart)
The color in the foreground is hard to see due to the lighting, but they're all the same blue, so it gives a sense of unity 👍❣️😊.
It's great to always be able to touch on two of my favorite pieces.
I've still been experimenting with the settings a bit.
Also, if I come up with any other ideas💡 and make any changes, I'll take a picture and send it to you.

Thank you so much for the wonderful photos and message.
I'm very interested in the idea of using it as a sofa cover, which comes from the desire to always be in contact with it. It's the perfect way to enjoy the smooth feel of silk all the time.
We hope you will continue to use our products for a long time to come.
Please come visit our store once things have settled down.

Decorations in the hallway. It's difficult to see from a distance because there's not much distance, but it's nice to be able to feel the soft silk carpet every time you pass by (◠‿◠)♪
It's fun to see how the colors change dramatically depending on the angle you look at it from. I think this design is a magnificent work of art. I could stare at it forever. Thank you for the wonderful carpet.
It's not framed, so I'll send you some pictures of the work in progress and the whiteboard I used at the 100 yen shop.
Since the width of the carpet was almost exactly the same as the board, we stacked two pieces to a thickness of 10mm and placed them on the baseboard, using 5 pieces x 2 = 10 pieces to cut the height up to the ceiling height.
I glued the polystyrene pieces together in pairs with glue and connected them with tape, then bought wallpaper with the same pattern as the wallpaper and pasted it on top, then secured it to the wall with thin nails.
I cut off 5 pieces of 450mm each, a height of just 225mm. The carpet is quite heavy, so it sags forward, so I had to secure it to the wall with nails. The nails were 16mm.
The wallpaper covers the sides and is cut to fit the wall. (The pins visible on the surface are temporary fasteners.) My biggest concern was how to secure the carpet. I used Ray double-sided tape, sticking it firmly both vertically and horizontally.
Without this, I might have had to use thumb tacks...!? After that, I trimmed both ends, fixed it on double-sided tape, and covered it with a surface film to prevent it from getting dirty.
I can touch the carpet surface with my hands, and it's not as ostentatious as framing, so I'm pretty happy with how it looks on the wall (^^)v! 10 panels cost 1,000 yen, and about 2.5m of wallpaper? How much was it? Glue for styrofoam was 100 yen, and the wallpaper was made with dissolved wood glue... Nails were about 200 yen... The double-sided tape from Ray is a bit pricey... a few thousand yen? Probably less than 10,000 yen. Maybe over 5,000 yen...? It takes time, a bit of carpentry knowledge, and a determination to do something about it...
Now I can touch and look at a nice carpet every day, which is great! It was a lot of work! It's an amateur job, but I hope it's helpful (◠‿◠)

Good evening. It's not quite finished yet, but I've already hung up the carpet ^ ^
The way it's projected is a bit cluttered, so if it could be done more neatly,
I will upload it to the internet.
The texture is really smooth and the colors and patterns are wonderful ^ ^
I would like to use it for a long time and cherish it.

Dear Golestan, Good morning. Thank you for sending my package with such care.
I tried matching it in front of Kawashima Selkon's Kelmscott Tree pattern curtains. It's a British design by William Morris's daughter (1891), and because it has the same Tree of Life motif, I was a bit worried about whether it would blend in or clash.
Although not shown in the photo, the white wallpaper is also a Lily-Color Aviary, a British motif (1900-) with flowers and birds scattered throughout. The lace is Morris's Willow Bow (1887), which seems to go well with anything.
As expected, when I placed it in the center of the room, away from the curtains and furniture, it blended in beautifully. However, I couldn't take a good picture from a distance. The angle of view was also distorted when I tried to include the whole picture, and it completely lost its sense of scale.
I had intended to inspect the other silk carpet to see how its blue would halate in the sunlight, but I ran out of time yesterday. There was quite a bit to learn, and I'm confident I'll be able to take some good photos, so please wait for the ones to post on the web, and I'll just thank you for letting me know when it arrives. (I'm thinking of using the blue silk carpet as a guest carpet in my niece's room, which is based on a Japanese-style room, or as a tapestry for this living room.)
Mrs. Lloyd is excellent at preventing yellowing and mold, and I have always used various odorless types.
Thank you for your detailed instructions.
Thank you for everything.

Thank you very much for coming to our recent exhibition. We are truly grateful for your thoughtful consideration and wonderful report. We were delighted to hear that the curtains, the Tree of Life motif, and the carpet were in perfect harmony.
It is moving to imagine the space beautifully put together with historical motifs of British design.
Although you mentioned that placing the carpet in the center of the room created harmony, I understand that it's difficult to convey a sense of scale when photographing. You also mentioned that you're considering using the blue silk carpet in a Japanese-style room or as a tapestry. Both are wonderful ideas, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they develop in the future.
Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We look forward to your continued support.

Hello. It's been a while. As part of my spring cleaning, I repasted the torn shoji screens, so I'm sending you a photo of the small version of the "Tree of Life" design.
It was originally a 6-tatami multipurpose Japanese-style room, but has now been renovated and is being used as a room for my niece, who is in the first year of junior high school. With the tokonoma alcove, sunken ceiling, nageshi (railed beams), and yukimi shoji (snow-viewing paper screens) still intact, from some angles it looks like a fairly traditional Japanese-style room.
But as she is a preteen girl, her belongings are filled with TWICE, SUPREME, MILKFED, DISNEY, Ojamajo Doremi, cosmetics, etc.
The carpet that was given to me naturally harmonizes with the ``Japanese modern?'' style, the silk feels great underfoot, and it is a big hit with my niece.
When I told my niece that in Persia, girls of her age would weave art and crafts like this to raise money for their dowry, it seemed to resonate with her.
We will continue with the end-of-year cleaning and plan to take photos of another "Tree of Life" pattern. We hope that everyone at GOLESTAN has a wonderful end of the year and a happy new year.
